Sustainabuilt Developments Ltd is a Whanganui company, led by Simon Penn & Stacey Pram and Baden & Glenda Brown. Sustainabuilt's vision is to create communities where people enjoy living in energy efficient homes that are kind to the environment, while providing families with living spaces they can be proud of – a place that they call home.

Tasman Estate.
Tasman Estate is a 42 section development, located in Otamatea, Whanganui. Sections vary in size from 400m2–2751m2 and are all fully serviced in a beautifully landscaped environment. Sections are designed to make the most of the development in views and the environment. Some have both sea and city views, other sections have a view out to the surrounding farmland. All sections are crafted and situated with careful consideration to the overall development.
